Craft Recordings is looking for a Marketing Coordinator (Catalog / Craft Recordings) to help develop and execute fully integrated, progressive marketing strategies for frontline catalog releases and legacy artists.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project leads, and the shared services department, to develop marketing tools and assets for catalog releases, including sales notes, online media kits, digital assets and print materials

  • Distribute marketing materials to the wider label team as needed, including maintaining and organizing asset folders in the shared drive, creating online media kits, circulating approved marketing tools and project one-sheets

  • Support general admin needs for the catalog team, including processing POs and handling press mail-outs

  • Support the digital marketing team with day-to-day needs including trackable link creation, YouTube management (asset organization, meta data maintenance, etc.) and the regular quality assurance of owned artist and label digital channels (websites, social/DSP profiles, Wikipedia, etc.)

  • Assist in the setup of digital campaigns, such as sweepstakes and other initiatives

  • Assist in the setup of D2C store product, building product pages and managing inventory (Shopify)

  • Assist in the creation of newsletters (internal and external), preparing content as needed

  • Support the digital marketing specialist with researching/administrating content calendars for assigned projects, suggesting engaging and timely content for artist and label campaigns

  • Attend catalog team meetings, contributing and taking detailed notes as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years of experience in music marketing (or digital marketing role), ideally working with catalog and legacy artists

  • Passionate and knowledgeable about music (wide-ranging genres and eras)

  • Knowledgeable and immersed in social media and digital platforms

  • Strong copywriting skills

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision; must be able to prioritize and follow through

  • Team orientated, with the ability to collaborate and communicate well with others

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Possesses a keen energy to innovate and collaborate on creative projects, with a desire to continuously learn

  • Basic Photoshop proficiency is a plus

  • Basic CMS experience is a plus (WordPress, Mailchimp, Shopify)
