As Strategy Manager, you will be a part of the strategy team that works alongside the Creative and Client Services teams at Made In Network. You will be responsible for managing the strategy of your YouTube channels (both brand and creator channels). You will do this through studying YouTube analytics and data, researching trends, and keeping your channels in line with YouTube's Best Practices. The ideal candidate would be a fast learner and be comfortable working with sets of data and analyzing them. We are seeking someone who can sustain a passion learning and relearning all of the factors that lead to successful content strategy in a constantly shifting digital landscape.


Channel and Video Management

  • Leading strategic growth and development of YouTube channels

  • Driving YouTube channels forward through research and creative ideas

  • Coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating channel and video success

  • Planning future content calendars and recommending appropriate topics using YouTube and online trend data

  • Managing content calendars to ensure releases go out on time

  • Optimizing and releasing videos weekly across a number of channels on YouTube

  • Following industry-related news and generate ideas around trending topics

  • Collect and analyze data from video performance for weekly and monthly reports

  • Brainstorming new ideas for show concepts and working alongside the creative team

  • Working alongside the client services team for video and asset approval

  • Work with influencers to set up collaborations and partnerships

  • Develop and maintain a video strategy for other social platforms (Facebook Watch, IGTV)

AdWords Campaign Management

  • Creating and optimizing Google Ads campaigns for various clients

  • Identifying and understanding target audiences for videos

  • Determining the most effective strategy for video ads in Google AdWords

  • Allocating campaign budgets and monitoring costs


  • 1 year experience in marketing, entertainment or other related field

  • Basic understanding of YouTube (YouTube Certified is a plus)

  • Familiarity with Google AdWords preferred but not required

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Time management skills

  • Effective analytical skills; ability to analyze research or performance data and apply that analysis to optimize programming strategy

  • Strong decision-making skills

  • Attention to detail, and the ability to maintain several different projects simultaneously

  • Excellent writing skills

  • Experience with data science is a plus

  • Experience with Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms preferred

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar field
