The position will report directly to the Director of Inventory & Revenue Optimization and interface closely with the Chief Revenue Officer. The ideal candidate is a proven self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment. The successful candidate will enjoy working with complex data sets, solving business problems via analytics, and delivering statistical insights that contribute to the go-forward strategies of the company. This position will deal daily with team members from operations, customer service, and our executive team; therefore, the ability to effectively communicate with multiple people and personalities is critical.

Since LaneOne's launch in January 2018 our small team has managed to successfully integrate with over 80 arenas & stadiums across North America, Europe, Australia & New Zealand selling front row tickets to legendary acts at the Forum, Madison Square Garden, and Wembley Stadium.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales trends to unlock insights and contribute to overall pricing & inventory management strategy

  • Monitor inventory levels for events across multiple artists, while defining and executing strategies to optimize ticket sell-thru, in coordination with the Director of Inventory & Revenue Optimization  

  • Collaborate with external partners to acquire inventory for new on-sales 

  • Interface with local Box Offices and Ticketmaster to resolve inventory discrepancies

  • Identify and solve issues with APIs and programming

Requirements:

  • 4-year college degree

  • 2-3 years of business analytics, or related experience, within the sports & entertainment industry

  • Experience with statistical models, financial reporting and databases strongly preferred 

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to communicate succinctly

  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data and deliver concise insights to drive go-forward strategy

  • Team player, with willingness to collaborate across customer service, technical and business development teams
