We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant to support the President and VP A&R, Craft Recordings, and work cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, International and Production shared services departments as well as with A&R and Project Managers for all Craft labels. This newly defined role will be responsible for developing, updating and maintaining P&L Budget Planners for all Craft Recordings labels and A&R release scheduling, in addition to maintaining schedules, booking travel, processing expense reports, and coordinating special events.

This position will be located in our Beverly Hills office. Local candidates to be considered.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain individual P&Ls including sales projections, cost of goods (COG), royalty rates, publishing rates and direct-to-consumer pricing for Craft Recordings labels.

  • Research comparable titles through Nielsen/Music Connect to help determine appropriate sales projections.

  • Work with A&R VP and Craft President to verify all P&Ls prior to routing through Finance (Concord CFO and VP Finance) for approval and distribution to Project Managers

  • Schedule and monitor all product releases into the Production Schedule

  • Maintain and distribute Art vs Commerce schedule, track deadlines, work with Production to get COG and white samples where appropriate

  • Work with Repertoire Management team to set up projects or shells as appropriate

  • Coordinate with A&R Admin and Finance to request, process and track artist advances, recording costs, and issue POs

  • Maintain confidentiality on sensitive information such as artist rates, and annual label budgets

  • Assist President on maintaining schedule, booking travel, producing expense reports and coordinating special events.

Requirements:

  • Expert knowledge in Excel and the ability to share files while maintaining data integrity

  • Familiarity with the music industry, media research, sales and cost of goods projections

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies, programs, and applications with a strong proficiency and understanding of Mac operation systems, and Google enterprise products (Gmail, calendar, docs)

  • Experience handling confidential information carefully and professionally

  • Naturally possess a team player attitude

  • Prior administrative and executive assistant experience
