EM.Co is seeking to hire an full-time office manager/administrative assistant to support our small team of entertainment and marketing professionals.  Applicants will work directly with artist managers and other third party clients associated with the business of the artist. It’s a small team environment that requires applicants to be self-starting, disciplined and flexible.  Jobs range from administrative responsibilities such as mail and errands to tasks in areas such as marketing, radio, merchandising and more.

Applicants must have excellent communication, scheduling, and follow-up skills. The ideal candidate will be punctual, highly organized, self-motivated, technologically savvy, have a great sense of humor and be proficient in Microsoft Office and all general computer usage. Photoshop or other Adobe suite knowledge is a bonus. There is room for growth into the company as long as the core office duties are complete.

Job Duties Include

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to office staff by keeping a company-wide calendar, booking travel, setting up conference calls and filing expense reports.

  • Front desk responsibilities to include welcoming incoming visitors, handling incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining shared office spaces, including appropriate set-up for meetings; stocking, organizing and maintaining copy room and kitchen area; manage cleaning staff and office repairs.

  • General assistance and participation in special projects for multiple departments. E.g. data input, event set-up, transcribing interviews, scanning documents, local printing projects, research projects and everyone’s favorite: errands.
