Live Nation is seeking an Executive Assistant eager to learn the ins and outs of the touring industry. The ideal candidate is a proactive, hardworking individual that will follow through on any task in a timely manner –regardless of how big or small! 

Responsibilities

  • Administrative duties including rolling calls, maintain calendars and travel schedule, submitting expense reports, etc.
  • Assist touring team with projects as needed (marketing, ticketing, booking, legal, etc.) -  Prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Detail Oriented: Must possess and maintain the sharp philosophy of “Double Check, Triple Check” with any and all tasks
  • Work Ethic: self-motivated, resourceful, honest, team player, up-down communicator, loyal

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality
  • Proficient in technology, Microsite office, email programs
