The Marketing Director serves as the leader of all marketing efforts out of the Nashville office, interfacing with client teams, artists, and internal staff. This individual brings big picture ideas to the table, guides staff, and ultimately serves to make Crowd Surf and its clients more successful and profitable.

Responsibilities

  • Bring innovative, impactful marketing ideas from inception to approval to completion

  • Maintain client relations. Clients range from independent artists to major labels to management firms.

  • Aid in bringing new business to Crowd Surf

  • Ensure office-wide education and application of latest digital marketing best practices and tech platforms/updates

  • Work with clients to increase revenue streams including music sales, digital music and app downloads, merchandise, ticketing, VIP experiences etc.

  • Ensure value is being provided to fans at every stage (casual listener, recent follower, show attendee, super fan)

  • Manage marketing teams who handle overall digital strategy on all clients’ social properties, websites and apps

  • Expand Crowd Surf presence in Nashville

  • Effectively communicate between senior staff and Nashville team

  • Oversee positive and productive staff growth
