During my high school years I fell in love with the guitar. Back in those days the main vehicle for expression was punk rock. I played all of the local scene hotspots until the blues eventually caught my ear. When it came to choose a college, the Berklee College of music became my one and only option. At Berklee, I graduated magna cum laude honors and a year ahead of schedule. For the last decade I have been navigating the music business as a professional musician. At first, all of my income came from giving guitar lessons. As I became more savvy, I have pieced together a fantastic resume with sync and music publishing. My work has been featured in the best and brightest brands from all around the world, including: Coors Light, Mazda, Kit Kat, MTV TV series, ABC TV, Rimmel cosmetics, and dozens more. As an educator, I try and teach more than guitar. My main goal is to give all of my students the skills to make money in the music business for decades to come.
Did you know that...
My high school punk band was called The Ken Starr Report.
I play guitar. And can't sing!
You can catch me in one of my two bands — Crash Midnight or Chelsea Automatic.
Crash Midnight is signed with Universal Music Group, and his songs have been featured in several television series and commercials.
